In an <b>initial consultation<\/b>, we will assess your case, tell you whether and which course of action promises to be successful and what costs you will incur. In order to be able to thoroughly assess the chances of success, you should send us all documents (contracts, letters from the opponent, notices, etc.) or bring them with you to an appointment. <\/p>\n<p>For an initial consultation, we generally charge a flat rate of EUR 180, incl. VAT. VAT<\/p>\n<p>We can advise you in person at our office in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg, <b>via web conference, telephone<\/b> or email. You can pay the costs of a consultation via our online<a href=\"http:\/\/jurati.de\/zahlungsservice\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>payment service<\/b><\/a> or on site at our office in cash or by card. <\/p>\n<p>If you have <b>legal expenses insurance<\/b>, your insurance company may cover the costs of advice and legal representation. If you have a confirmation of costs or a so-called &#8220;Schadennummer&#8221; from your legal expenses insurance, we can settle the claim directly with your insurance company. Please note that not all matters are covered by legal expenses insurance. In particular, matters relating to immigration law are usually not covered.
