If you instruct us to represent you, we will ask you to complete and sign certain forms and return them to us:

Powers of attorney:

• Power of attorney for civil and administrative proceedings (PDF file*)
• Power of attorney for criminal proceedings (PDF file*)
• Power of attorney for divorce proceedings (PDF file*)

If you would like other persons to be authorized to act on your behalf or if you would like us to provide other persons with information, we require the following information

• Consent to provide information to third parties

 

Legal aid:

• Declaration of personal and financial circumstances, please return in ORIGINAL with attachments (PDF file*)

for labor law proceedings: Information on the obligation to bear costs in proceedings before the labor court: Instruction pursuant to Section 12 a of the Labor Court Act (PDF file*)
