Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you can revoke the attorney contract without giving reasons. The revocation must be made within 14 days after conclusion of the contract and receipt of this instruction by submitting a clear declaration. You can use the sample below, but this is not obligatory.

Timely dispatch of the revocation is sufficient to comply with the revocation period.

Consequences of revocation

In the event of an effective revocation, the services received by both parties must be returned.

If you are unable to return the service received, you must compensate us for the value. This may mean that you still have to fulfill the contractual payment obligations for the period up to the revocation.

Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you when you send your declaration of revocation and for us when we receive it.

Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if and insofar as we have already fulfilled the contract at your express request before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
